New Pool/Spa/Gate Keys

New pool keys will soon be issued to Trilogy homeowners for entry to the complex, pool and spas.  The keys will be provided at no charge to the homeowner under an exchange program.  Your old key must be exchanged to receive a replacement key at no charge.  If you have lost your key, a homeowner may purchase ONE key per household at a cost of $100.00. Checks and cash only please.

A date will shortly be announced in your monthly billing statement as well as on the web page as to when you may exchange your key.  It is expected that an "exchange table" will be set up at poolside for a few hours on a weekend allowing homeowners to exchange or purchase their key at that time.  The new gate access code will also be provided to homeowners at that time.  The changing of all gate locks and gate codes will coincide with the date of the key exchange program.  Any homeowner who does not receive their key or gate code on that date may do so by following procedure soon to be posted.

 A New Gate Code

We are finally changing the gate codes! Watch your monthly billing statement as well as this web page as to when the gate access codes will be changed.  The new gate code will be provided to Trilogy residents when they pick up their new entry/pool key and the change of  gate codes will coincide with the date of the key exchange program.  A  homeowner who does not receive the new gate code on that date  may do so by following the procedures soon to be posted.  Be careful about who you give this new gate code to. (Do not post or publish the code or allow others to do so on your behalf.  It is against the Rules and Regulations to do so and you will be subject to a fine)  See "Real Estate Agents "below.

Garage Door Openers

If you do not have a dual channel ( garage door/front gate) transmitter, please inform Pam Wagner at 550-7900 so that the association can look into purchasing  these at quantity discount and save each homeowner some money.

Trash Day and Bin removal

Please remember that that trash day is on Wednesday.  (A holiday will generally delay pick up by one day.)  Do not place you blue recycling bin or your trash can on the curb before 5:00 o'clock the evening before trash day and please be sure to remove them the evening of trash day.  Any cans left on the curb the day after trash pick up are subject to removal.  A removal fee of $50.00 will be charged to the homeowner.   (It's an aesthetics and perceived value thing.)

Stop Signs

Please observe your speed (15MPH) and the  STOP signs in Trilogy.  We put these in to try and make this a safe community for our children. Please come to a complete stop and SLOW DOWN!!!  Thanks.

Landscaping:

What if you don't like what the association planted in front of your house?  There is a solution (and it doesn't involve getting a chainsaw). Before planting your favorite flowers shrubs or trees in a common area, first make sure it is approved by calling Pam Wagner at N.N. Jaeschke (550-7900) for permission.

Real Estate Agents:

Please remember to inform your real-estate agent not to list the gate code.  You will end up paying the fine!   In the event of an open house please instruct your agent to have prospective buyers call the "Open House" and let the agent buzz the person in.  Please do not give out the new gate code or allow your real estate agent to post or publish this information.  This also a good time to point out that the CC&R's permit only ONE  "For Rent" or "For Sale" sign in the window at a time.  Signs hung from posts dug into the ground are not permitted.

Parking: The Red Zone:

Parking in fire lanes can lead to only one thing, curbs that are painted bright red. Yuck!  That doesn't improve our community value.   If parking in fire lanes is not curtailed, the fire marshal will have no choice but to mandate the painting and also issue fines. For that reason, cars parked in fire lanes will be towed without warning 24/7.   If you are not sure what is a fire lane is then don't park there!  If the spot doesn't have green parking space lines it is most likely considered a fire lane.  Please observe the rules. They exist for our SAFETY as well as bringing added value to our community.

The Internet:

We are constantly working to update the Trilogy web Page.
