TRILOGY LANDSCAPING 

 LANDSCAPING BEAUTIFICATION PROJECT

Everyone will have noticed by now our colorful flowerbeds at the two entries. The landscaping crew has also planted flowers in some of the adjacent entry areas and has replaced flowers in the pots at the pool.  The crew will continue to upgrade throughout the year. As we are all aware, the importance of beautifully landscaped entries, plus consistent attractive landscaping throughout a project, cannot be overestimated when determining the value of a home

As part of this upgrading project, the Board  invites all homeowners who may wish to participate to upgrade their own front areas with flowers, ferns, groundcover, etc. You will note that many of your neighbors have already done so, or are in the process. There is, of course, no obligation for anyone to participate.
